digital divide

This disscusion gives a different point of view about the digital divide. It gives the point that even if everyone had access to the internet there is still the problem of people in the 3rd world being illiterate and therfore the internet would be of little use.

I have found that there are both advantages and disavantages with newsgroups.

An advantage i found was that it is easy to contribute towards the topic.
A disavantage i found was that you need to have basic understanding of html to format your message

writely

i used an online service today called writely. Writely is a free web-based word processor.

" Writely allows you to edit documents online with whomever you choose, and then publish and blog them online"

This is my personal blog. My name is edward ( ed for short ) and i am creating a blog for my AS course work.

To create the blog i used the online service called blogger. My blog is then put up on a sub-domain name under blogspot.com .
